We hope that you all are having a great weekend! Here are some reminders for this week as well as for induction.
First, we will be having a photo shoot at our last meeting on Monday, May 16 starting from 5:30 pm at HH 210. You can have your professional photo done or take fun pictures with the club! Study Sessions will be held during the following dates, times, and locations. Please check Facebook and the calendar for any updates: Monday, May 16, 9 am - 12 pm, SSS- Fernando Monday, May 16, 3 pm - 5:30 pm, 5th Floor Science Library - Steven Tuesday, May 17, 5 pm - 8 pm, CSL 15 - Annie Wednesday, May 4, 2 pm - 3 pm, CSL 15 - Amber If you have not finished your requirements yet, please finish them by Sunday, May 22 at 6pm to ensure that you get inducted. Individual emails about induction status may be sent at a later date. The induction ceremony will be on Friday, May 27 from 6:30 pm to 9 pm in Student Services II Room 1010AB. The dress attire is semi-formal to formal. Those who are getting inducted will need to come at 6:30 p.m. Those who are not getting inducted but would like to attend the celebration and congratulate the Beta class may come at 7:30 p.m. Interviews for the 2016-2017 XAE Board will be conducted shortly. Those who applied will receive emails about interview appointments. A Student Support Services Workshop called "Financial Literacy" will be held on Wednesday, May 18, from 1pm - 2pm and Thursday, May 19, from 1:30pm – 2:30pm at Student Services, Room 1010AB. For everyone that attends one of the Student Support Services Workshops write your name and email on a piece of paper and indicate which workshop you went to and drop it in Fernando Cano's box located to the left of the front desk at Student Support Services before/after the event. On Wednesday, May 11 we will be having a Boba Fundraiser from 10:20 am to 3 pm at Social Sciences Ring 96 (near Social Sciences Tower).
