Sorry for the late update guys! This week's workshop was on Time Management. I discussed some tips and resources on how to improve our time management skills.
There are two types of people: timers and taskers.
It's a technique of breaking down work into 25 minutes intervals (or it could differ based on your preference!)

It's a good way to overcome the planner's fallacy. The planner's fallacy is a phenomenon when people underestimate the time it takes to complete a task. In short, Fudge Ratio helps with planning one's schedule.
How to Get the Fudge Ratio:

- Timers:
- Need to see where time goes
- What may be useful for them:
- Planner
- Time blocking
- "Accounta-buddy" (someone who could keep you accountable for your productivity)
- Taskers
- Have more open and flexible schedules
- Complete tasks
- Track their tasks through a list (from top priority to least priority)
- Turn off all phone notifications
- Turn on airplane mode
- Put your phone away
