Hello everyone! I hope you all had a great week 9. The dreaded finals are just around the corner so this week we focused on how to de-stress during this chaotic time. We focused on what stress is and what causes stress. Stress is defined as something that causes physical or emotional distress. Some major causes of stress are school, work, relationships, and just everyday life tasks. It is important to check in with yourself periodically to measure how you are dealing with stress. Some basic questions you should ask yourself include:

- Have you eaten 3 balanced meals a day, for most days of the week?
- Have you been getting 8 hours of sleep a night, for most days of the week?

- We had a bahn mi fundraiser this week. Thank you to everyone that came out!
- We had our quarterly social today at a very nice recreational center. Although it was raining, we had good food and shared good laughs. Thanks to those who came out!
